The Mount Vernon District Democratic Committee is holding its 13th Annual Mardi Gras & Straw Poll on Saturday, February 13, 2021.This is the longest running and most watched straw poll in Northern Virginia. It is always covered by media outlets like The Washington Post, Fairfax Times, Blue Virginia and other periodicals.
The celebration this year will be virtual with music, contests, speakers and Mardi Gras fun! As always, we are inviting all candidates for Governor, Lieutenant Governor and Attorney General to participate in our Straw Poll.
